Red and near-infrared light are widely studied for their ability to support skin health, muscle recovery and cellular energy.
Most panels on the market use four or five wavelengths. This one has eight, including the rare 1060nm, a deeply penetrating wavelength rarely offered in a panel this size.

How to Use
Distance & Duration
Sit or stand 15 to 30cm from the panel. Start with 5 to 10 minutes and build up to 10 to 20 minutes over a couple of weeks. Three to five sessions a week suits most people, and daily use is fine too.
What to Target
Face and neck for skin. Back, shoulders and legs after training. Use Red for skin, Red and NIR for broader sessions, and Red at a lower brightness in the evening.
FAQ
Red and near infrared light sit at and just beyond the red end of the visible spectrum. Research suggests they’re absorbed by the mitochondria, the energy producing parts of your cells. They’re widely studied for their role in supporting cellular energy, skin health and muscle recovery.
Most people sit 15 to 30cm away. Closer is more intense, and the panel’s irradiance is rated at 15cm. For a gentler whole body session, stand back as far as 60cm. Start at about 30cm and move closer as you get used to it.
Start with 5 to 10 minutes and build up over two weeks. Most sessions sit between 10 and 20 minutes. If you don’t set a timer, the panel runs for 5 minutes and switches off. The manufacturer recommends waiting 6 hours between 30 minute sessions.
Eight. Four red at 630, 650, 660 and 670nm, and four near infrared at 810, 830, 850 and 1060nm. 1060nm is a longer near infrared wavelength that’s rare in red light panels. Use them as Red, NIR, or Red and NIR together. Near infrared is invisible, so in NIR mode the panel looks off but is still working.
Both panels have the same eight wavelengths, the same 160 mW/cm² typical at 15cm and the same controls.
- 200 MAX: 144 LEDs at 240W, 480 × 300mm. Suited to half body and targeted sessions.
- 300 MAX: 288 LEDs at 480W, 920 × 300mm. Built for mostly full body sessions.
Never look directly into the panel. Wear the protective eyewear included with your panel for every session. Near infrared light is invisible, so the panel can be working even when it looks off.
Consistency matters most. Most people use their panel three to five times a week, or daily. Everyone responds differently, so give it a few weeks of regular use and see how you feel.
