How to Use
Distance & Duration
Position the panel 15–30cm from the target area. Sessions of 10–20 minutes daily. Consistency matters more than duration — regular short sessions outperform occasional long ones.
What to Target
Face and neck for skin health. Back, joints and muscles for recovery. Full torso for systemic cellular energy. The 1060nm near-infrared wavelength provides deeper tissue reach than standard panels.
FAQ
Specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light penetrate skin and tissue and are absorbed by mitochondria — the energy-producing organelles in your cells. This triggers increased ATP production, supporting cellular repair, reducing inflammation and improving local circulation. It’s a mechanism your body evolved under natural sunlight.
15–30cm for maximum irradiance (energy delivered to tissue). You can stand further away — up to 60cm — for a more diffuse, full-body session. Closer = more intense. Most people find 20–25cm comfortable for targeted sessions.
10–20 minutes is the standard recommendation for most target areas. For skin applications, 10 minutes per area. For deeper tissue recovery, 15–20 minutes. Avoid sessions longer than 20 minutes per target area — more is not better with light therapy.
8 wavelengths: 630nm, 650nm, 660nm, 670nm (red) and 810nm, 830nm, 850nm, 1060nm (near-infrared). The 1060nm wavelength is rarely offered in consumer panels — it provides reach into deeper tissue, joints and muscle that shorter near-infrared wavelengths cannot match.
Both panels use the same 8 wavelengths, including the rare 1060nm. The RLP 200 MAX has 144 dual-chip LEDs at 240W — ideal for targeted sessions and smaller spaces. The RLP 300 MAX has 288 dual-chip LEDs at 480W across a larger panel — designed for full-body coverage and more intensive daily use.
Do not look directly into the panel during operation. Near-infrared light is invisible to the eye but can cause eye strain. We recommend using protective eyewear designed for red light therapy, or simply closing your eyes and turning your face away when working near the panel.
Some people notice skin improvements within 2–4 weeks of daily use. Muscle recovery benefits are often felt session-to-session. Deeper cellular and systemic benefits build over 4–12 weeks of consistent daily use. Like any health protocol, consistency is the variable that matters most.
