Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing from LUM8.

At the same time, many of our products are personal wellness tools designed for long-term home use. To keep things fair and hygienic for everyone, we ask that you read the following carefully.

Change of mind

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused
• The item is in its original packaging
• The item is in resalable condition

Due to the personal nature of certain products (including PEMF mats and light therapy devices), we are unable to accept returns once these items have been used, unless they are faulty.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Manufacturer Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply where offered on individual products. Warranty periods may vary between products and are outlined on the relevant product pages. Warranty claims can be initiated by contacting hello@lum8wellness.com
