LUM8 Wellness started with a simple frustration: the products most families use every day — lights, heating pads, recovery tools — were designed for convenience, not for biology.

We kept seeing the same pattern. People doing everything right — eating well, exercising, trying to sleep — but still feeling flat, wired at night, slow to recover. The environment they lived in was working against them.

Light that tells the brain it's midday at 10pm. Blue-heavy overhead lighting that suppresses melatonin before bed. No access to the kind of recovery technology that elite athletes and biohackers use, because it had never been designed for the home.
