The Wind Down Reading Light emits only amber and red wavelengths. Zero blue light. Zero green light. Zero flicker. Low EMF, it runs on battery during use, not continuous mains power.

AMBER MODE - From sunset onwards. The warmest setting. Perfect for reading, journalling, and children's bedtime routines. Bright enough to see clearly, warm enough to feel like evening.

RED MODE - For deeper wind-down. Zero blue light, zero green light. Gentle enough to fall asleep under. Many people naturally feel drowsy within 20–30 minutes.

MIXED MODE - Softer transition. A blend of amber and red. Ideal if full red feels too dim.

A full charge lasts up to 8 hours of use. Red mode uses slightly less power than amber.

Charge via USB-C - the same cable as most modern phones. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. When the light begins to dim, it's time to recharge.

BLUE LIGHT - Zero. Only amber and red wavelengths are emitted — the wavelengths your body recognises as evening.

FLICKER - Zero. Standard lights often flicker at rates invisible to the naked eye, contributing to eye strain and nervous system stimulation. This light has none.
